If something doesn’t serve you, your spirit or push you forward. Either a job or relationship, move on, it’s time to let it go.
If you’re anything like me who likes to hold on to things because it’s comfortable, it’s familiar or it’s just easier. Just remember God has greater things, waiting for us, which is way better than we can predict or plan, so move on if it does not serve you. I promise you there’s something better waiting for you, that’ll please you and where you’re going in your life and career.
Your job isn’t going to ask you, how’s your health because you keep eating snacks and crap on your lunch break because you’re so tired and you have no time to prepare clean meals. Your job isn’t going ask you, “How’s your marriage going” or “when you did you last read a book to help you grow?” You got to make that call for yourself, for your health, future and for your family. Staying in it always makes you feel broken, depressed and frustrated. You’re not motivated to continue with it.
I’m not saying it feels good all the time, but your REAL story holds the power you need to move forward. There’s HOPE in your struggle-the hope of a brighter more passionate future. Why? Because you wouldn’t be able to get where you’re going without the necessary lessons that taught through your true story. You are an unfinished masterpiece in the works,.
You’ve already been hurt countless times; what makes you think the pain will stop if you continue holding on? Your self-worth is always under-appreciated, it seems like you never feel good anymore. You’re always taken for granted. Everyone expects you to show up, but when you’re already there, you’re not even respected—just let go.
Letting go is one of the hardest things to figure out in life. As your emotions usually cloud your logic, and because your feelings make it harder for you to concentrate, it seems like the art of letting go can be confusing and complicated. When was the last time you were truly happy—as in real content, satisfied and really comfortable with yourself? Don’t force yourself. If you can’t remember, it’s time to let go and move on.
If you find that your opinions are always oppressed and your feelings are never acknowledged, why are you still holding on? You know you’re better than this. When all the promises that were made are just empty words when it’s not worth your time, money, tears or your frustration anymore… Let go.
Remove the toxic thought that holding on can change things. Let go and let live. You know you deserve to. Certain things are needed to grow to its potential. All contribute to the strength, durability and beauty of the massive tree and one day the tree will have fruit if it makes it to the stage of maturity. You can’t afford to live like you don’t possess greatness. If you believe that you aren’t great, look at the tiny seed it takes to birth a massive tree.
God gave us parallels in this life to show us what small beginnings look like and how great the outcome can be! You are meant to be great. Not live small to avoid feeling uncomfortable or in the fear of others not accepting you! Don’t stop because it looks underdeveloped. Work knowing that it has the making of greatness.
This morning/afternoon or evening (depending on when you’re reading this), let go of everything you didn’t do right, the negative thing people have said and focus on all you are becoming. We don’t appreciate negative vibes around here, move along. Be kind but don’t let anybody take advantage of you. If you doubt your power, you give power to your doubt.
Don’t ever feel bad for making a decision about your own life that upsets other people. You’re not responsible for their happiness but your own! Anyone who wants you to live in misery for their happiness should not be in your life, to begin with. Don’t ever forget who was there for you when no one else was. Trust but always keep your guard up like Mayweather. Look at yourself and really listen to what you’re saying: do you honestly believe yourself? No. So let go.
Life is about balance. Be content but always look to keep upgrading your lifestyle. Avoid beating the competition. Focus on bettering yourself
